Back in the 1980s, when we first started, the technology we use today didn’t exist. Everything was manual: from answering phone calls to writing down each order, assigning them to drivers’ cards, and keeping track of deliveries throughout the day. This method was prone to errors, which on a bad day could be costly.
As we grew, we sought out software solutions to improve how we dispatch orders and issue bills to customers with full accountability. Today, we use state-of-the-art software that not only meets those needs but also allows us to plan and execute optimal delivery routes for every driver in our fleet. This system ensures maximum efficiency, which minimizes mistakes to keep deliveries on track.
